Quickbooks email not showing or sending PDF invoice attachments? I have the solution!
This means the Microsoft XP Writer is missing from Windows 11. At the search box, at the bottom of your screen, type in Windows Features. When it opens, scroll down to Microsoft XPS document writer.
Put a check mark in the box and click ok. After it installs, you will be able to see the attachment and it will be emailed by Quickbooks. This solves the problem. I’ve had a couple of customers lately with this issue.
